Return & Refund Policy

At TipTop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with the best products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

  • The product is expired (for groceries and consumables).

  • You have received the wrong size or color for fashion items.

Note: Certain items such as perishables (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy), personal care products, and items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.


2️⃣ Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 hrs from the date of delivery.

  • For groceries and perishable items, return requests must be raised within 1 hours of delivery.


3️⃣ Return Process

  • Contact our Customer Support via email at support@tiptop10minute.com or call [0755-4341010].

  • Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  • Our team will verify your request and arrange for a pickup or guide you on the return process.

  • Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.


4️⃣ Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 24 hrs after pickup.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your provided bank account or wallet.


5️⃣ Exchange Policy

  • You can request an exchange for size, color, or defective items.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.


6️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return after delivery.


7️⃣ Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Fresh groceries (vegetables, fruits, dairy)

  • Personal hygiene items

  • Beauty and cosmetic products (if opened)

  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
